I am a Creative Team Director, User Experience Architect, and Product Design Lead, with over two decades of industry expertise. Known for my design thinking mindset and Agile project management skills, I've led numerous design teams to pioneer cutting-edge tools and applications, all aimed at fostering business growth and enhancing user experiences.
My track record speaks volumes, showcasing a history of spearheading impactful digital solutions and guiding high-performing teams to new heights of innovation. My forte lies in leading worldwide, accessible, and human-centered design projects with a keen eye on business objectives.

Citi BankAs the Head of Design for Citi Retail Services (CRS), I lead and oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of credit card and digital lending products for renowned clients such as Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, and American Airlines. Initially brought on as the Design Operations Director, I orchestrated the transition of external design operations in-house, integrating approximately 30 new members. Under my guidance, my design teams consistently innovate with a design thinking approach, resulting in the development of groundbreaking products.
